You have reached Church Mutual Insurance's automated bill payment system. Payment may be made as a withdrawal from a checking account.

Payments submitted after 3:00 PM CST may not be applied until the following business day. For each payment, a confirmation number will be provided and an email confirmation will be sent for your records. Payment received after the date of cancellation will not automatically result in a reinstatement of your policy. The payment will be applied to your cancelled policy. A billing statement will be sent for additional amounts owed, if any, to the time of cancellation. Any account credit will be disbursed in due course.
