PLEASE NOTE: If you are making a payment on a past due balance on your scheduled disconnection date, you will need to call our office with the payment confirmation number prior to disconnection. Disconnections start at 9:00 a.m.

Has your utility services been disconnected for non-payment? Have it restored in three easy steps:

1. PAY - Pay your past due balance shown on your delinquency/shutoff notice plus $35.00 for the reconnect fee and receive a confirmation number.
2. CALL - Call the Utilities Financial Services Division from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 479-521-1258 with your confirmation number. PLEASE NOTE: If you fail to call our office and verify your payment, utility services will not be reconnected until the next business day.
3. TURN OFF - Make sure that all your water faucets and toilet valves are in the off position.

Once your payment is made and confirmed by our office, we will dispatch a Meter Department Representative to reconnect your utility services.
