Beginning May 1, 2023, customers will be responsible to pay credit, debit, and e-check convenience fees. The District has previously absorbed and paid these fees for the customers. The District's Board of Directors voted and adopted this change during the November 2, 2022 regular Board Meeting. You can find more details on our website regarding this change. Fees collected cover Paymentus processing fees and are not collected by JBWD.

Payments made prior to midnight will be posted to your account next day. Payments made after midnight will be posted within 48 hours. For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number for your records.
