Pay your bill in 3 easy steps without registering. All you need is your account number from your paper bill. When scheduling automatic payment, please schedule quarterly deductions ONLY, to coincide with your billing due date. Scheduling monthly deductions on a quarterly bill could cause processing errors. Please contact our office if you need to schedule payment arrangements.

Payments may take up to 48 hours to process. For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number for your records.

For your security, the State College Borough Water Authority is updating its billing software. All account numbers will be modified with a two digit extension. You will also have a Customer Identification number (CID) assigned to your account. For those customers using our online payment service, the CID will replace the move-in date as an identifier.
