If your utility account payment is due or scheduled for cutoff for non-payment within the next 48 hours, payment will need to be made at our Payment Center located at 113 S. Third for immediate credit to your account.

If your payment is made via telephone or online before 7:00 p.m. CST, it will be posted to your account same day. If your payment is made after 7:00 p.m. CST, it will not post to your account until the next business day. If there is a past-due balance left from your prior billing cycle, you may not be eligible to make a payment and will need to make it in person at our payment center located at 113 South 3rd Street.
