Seasonal sewer averaging will go out of effect after the
meter is read in October.
FALL LEAF COLLECTION
Bismarck will offer free fall leaf collection (depending on the weather) on residents’ regular garbage day during the following weeks:
October 13 - 16 and October 27 – 30
Place leaves in garbage containers (not to exceed 32 gallons) or compostable paper bags at the collection point by 6:00 am on your garbage day. Garbage or plastic bags will not be collected.
