PLEASE NOTE: Echeck payments are free and have a limit of $50,000 per transaction. All other electronic payments have a limit of $25,000 per transaction. Multiple transactions can be made if needed. Payments made using a Visa debit card incur a flat fee of $2.95 per transaction and all other electronic payment methods have a 2.29% fee.
