The PSA customer service lobby is closed due to the COVID-19 virus. A local state of emergency was declared by Wise County on March 19, 2020. The lobby will remained closed through the duration of the local emergency.
Our office is still accepting payments by phone, online, drop box or mail.
Please call us at 679-1263 if you have any questions. Expect wait times to be longer than normal since our only means to communicate with the public is by phone.
***If you are subject for disconnection or have been disconnected, be aware that payments made by telephone or online will not be posted until the NEXT business day. As a result, if the payment has not been posted to your account, disconnection will still occur and a $50.00 reconnect fee will be charged and must be paid. If not paid by 4:30pm on the due date, late penalties will apply.***
If your bill is past due, a $50 service fee has been added to your account. You are now subject for disconnection and must pay your bill in the office.
