For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number and an email confirmation for your records. Please note that payments made online may require up to 2 business days to be reflected in your online account. IMPORTANT: A maximum of 3 payment schedules may be set up per account, or a maximum of 10 transactions may be made per month on each utility account.
