DuPage County Public Works has converted to a new billing system. You will need your new CUSTOMER # - ACCOUNT # combination to make a payment. This may be found on your new utility bill to be issued starting in May 2022. If you are paying an amount due prior to receiving your first bill from the new billing system you may find your new CUSTOMER # - ACCOUNT # using a Lookup tool on the County’s website www.dupagecounty.gov/Public_Works/1371/ by entering the account # found on your old bill (for example 12345678-03). You may also call the Billing Department at 630-985-2905 to request your new CUSTOMER # - ACCOUNT #.
