Please note, If your payment is made via telephone or online before 7:00 p.m. CST, it will be posted to your account same day. If your payment is made after 7:00 p.m. CST, it will not post to your account until the next business day. If there is a past-due balance left from your prior billing cycle, you may not be eligible to make a payment and will need to make it in person at our payment center located at 113 South 3rd Street.
