Beginning Friday March 1, 2025 and ending Thursday April 10, 2025, Cary will use only chlorine for disinfection of our water and will not feed ammonia to form chloramines. This disinfection change is an important part of Cary’s annual water system maintenance. Noticeable chlorine odors or temporary discoloration due to the hydrant flushing may be present during this time. WELCOME TO DIGIPAY! Using DigiPay is easy!
Step 1: Add your utility account. You’ll need the account number found in the top right section of your bill. Select the tab at the top labeled “Accounts” and then “Add an Account.” Be sure to include the dash!
Note:If transferring service you need to add account to view and receive notifications of the new location.
Step 2: Decide if you only want to receive your bills electronically. DigiPay provides up to 12 months of your utility bills and will send you an email alert when your bill is due. To select paperless billing, check the box.
Step 3: Select the “Add” button and you’re done! Start using DigiPay by choosing the “Bills” tab and viewing your current bill.
