May 30, 2025 Update on Paper Utility Bills
Cary has resumed mailing paper utility bills and communications for its customers, including those in Morrisville. Customers may experience a delay in receiving their paper bill by mail, and may even receive multiple bills within a few days of receipt. Bills are still being generated, and customers can access their online bill and make a payment at carync.gov/digipay. While we work to fully return to regular mailing operations, Cary is waiving late fees for those impacted and paused service disconnections.

WELCOME TO DIGIPAY! Using DigiPay is easy!
Step 1: Add your utility account. You’ll need the account number found in the top right section of your bill. Select the tab at the top labeled “Accounts” and then “Add an Account.” Be sure to include the dash!
Note:If transferring service you need to add account to view and receive notifications of the new location.
Step 2: Decide if you only want to receive your bills electronically. DigiPay provides up to 12 months of your utility bills and will send you an email alert when your bill is due. To select paperless billing, check the box.
Step 3: Select the “Add” button and you’re done! Start using DigiPay by choosing the “Bills” tab and viewing your current bill.
