If you use this service to make your payment, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Refund Policy: Paymentus charges a non-refundable convenience fee to process your payment. This fee is separate, over and above your Énergir bill payment.
Privacy Policy: Your information is secure and will only be used for the purpose of processing this payment transaction.
By Clicking on the "I agree to the terms and conditions", you agree to pay the Total Amount Charged, which includes both the bill payment amount to Énergir and the convenience fee to be paid to Paymentus Corporation. All authorizations are subject to the agreements governing your credit or debit card.
Payment transaction will only be completed after receiving successful authorization from your card company for the Total Amount Charged.
For your information, For card payments you will see on your credit card statement two lines : one showing your Énergir payment and a second line showing a convenience fee charged by Paymentus Corporation.
