Your use of the City of Brea electronic billing (E-Bill) program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrolling in Electronic Billing (E-Bill)

  1. By enrolling or registering for the E-Bill service, you are indicating that you are prepared to use E-Bill to view your City of Brea Utility Bills online.

  2. By enrolling in the City of Brea's Customer Portal and selecting paper bill suppression, you will automatically receive your bills electronically. The next time your account is billed, you will receive an email notification that a new invoice is available online. To view your bill, sign on to the City of Brea's Customer Portal and select the 'My Bills' tab.

  3. Once enrolled, your bill will be presented electronically according to the City of Brea's billing cycle.

  4. Rules regarding the paper bill suppression are determined by City of Brea. Your paper bill will be automatically suppressed once you have enrolled in electronic billing (E-Bill).

  5. To make a One-Time-Payment through the Customer Portal, proceed to the 'Pay My Bill' Tab and follow the steps to make a one-time payment.

  6. To set up a schedule for making recurring payments in the Customer Portal, proceed to the 'Recurring Payments' Tab, select your account and follow the steps to set up the frequency and type of payment you wish to make.

  7. Electronic payments result in an email confirmation of payment which you can in-turn print and/or save to your files.
