Welcome to the City of Gastonia's bill payment system, powered by Paymentus Corporation. We accept payments using VISA, MasterCard and Discover debit or credit cards, and electronic check.

You will receive an instant notification of your payment and an email confirmation for your records. Payments received after normal business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be posted to your City of Gastonia account the next business day. By clicking on the “I agree to the terms and conditions,” you agree to pay the bill payment amount to the City of Gastonia. All authorizations are subject to the agreements governing your debit/credit card or bank account.

Prohibited Use: Please note that Paymentus does not accept payments from collections agencies and third party agencies. Paymentus reserves the right to reverse all such payments if it discovers they were made from such third party or collection agencies.

Refund Policy: Under normal circumstances, there are no refunds on payments. However, if there is discrepancy, please call the City of Gastonia Customer Service Division at 704-866-6714 or Paymentus Customer Care Center at 1-800-420-1663.
